i-Flapp - Make your portable storage devices Smart.

To become a i-Flapp OEM/Distributor, you should understand the following requirements:

- That you are an OEM, value-added reseller, or distributor, and that you will add value to i-Flapp products by incorporating i-Flapp products into your system/solution(s) that you sell or distribute to others.

- That you will not sell, lease or otherwise distribute i-Flapp products without incorporation into your system/solution or without adding other additional features unless you have prior written authorization from i-Flapp.

- That you will sign and execute a Reseller Agreement that is binding for 12 months and is subject to annual review and renewal based on your prior year’s performance.

- That you will be responsible as the first point of contact for technical support with the customers and/or end-users.
